The client must verify the proposed job as per the quotation.
The technician will demonstrate the completed job.
Free site visits apply only if explicitly stated in the proposal.
Any additional jobs must be escalated to the Project Manager.
Additional jobs will be quoted separately and require client confirmation.
Both parties must retain a copy of all relevant documents for future reference.
As per the proposal, Escom will provide the required training.
Any disagreements must be submitted in writing.
Digital receipt of this document is considered valid, signed, and stamped.
